Course Description: CIS R021A, Introduction to Windows; 1 unit
In this course, students will learn to manage files and to use Windows tools, accessories, and applications. This course is suitable for students wishing to learn more about system software.
Department faculty advisory: The faculty recommend that this Windows course be taken with CIS R020A, Introduction to Microcomputers. The order in which these courses are taken is interchangeable, either course may be taken first. Together both courses will provide students with a learning opportunity to acquire experience in the operation of computers in a Windows environment. This knowledge is required to successfully complete other CIS courses.
