Community Student Services Building

Dedicated in 2003, OC dedicated a 32,000 square-foot Community/Students Services Center and Ventura County Job and Career Center. The $5.6 million facility, made up of two buildings, was the result of a partnership between the college and the county. It houses the only One-Stop Center/Human Services Agency located on a 2-year college campus in the nation and serves as a student union with student services offices and meeting and classrooms for the college. In addition, the Workplace Learning Resource Center, which includes the Training Institute at Oxnard College and the Center for International Trade Development (CITD) are located in the complex. The programs are designed to help employer meet specific workforce training needs as part of the economic development mission of Oxnard College.
