Softball Coaching Staff

Coach Peraza's Background:

  • Coaching background and experiences at the community college level began as an assistant to Jerry White in 1975-1978 at Moorpark College Men’s Baseball program.
  • Continued as an assistant coach to Jerry White Men’s Baseball teams at Oxnard College from 1978 to 1989.
  • One year as head coach of Oxnard College’s Men’s team in 1990.
  • Assistant to the Moorpark College Women’s softball program for one year under Gil Mendoza.
  • Last four years as he has conducted clinics in Mexico, Costa Rica and throughout numerous federations in the Spain.
  • The last three years he directed two Elite National Baseball and Softball Camps.
  • 2006 summer assignment will be again in Spain and Portugal.
